#CCLTC-B01: Long-term complete Chinese: Beginner ( Listening, Speaking, Reading, Writing )
This course is for students who want to learn Chinese in a more formal and systemic way in a semester/year period.  It is designed for beginner level students.  It includes Chinese phonetics, dialogues, narratives, culture notes, grammar explanations, and exercises.  Students will learn Chinese characters in the course.  Students will have listening comprehension exercises, watching videos, filed trips and practicing speaking with their Chinese teacher during class. Teachers will use interactive multimedia teaching modules such as DVD/CD-ROM and/or a projector in the course.  Activities such as drama playing, role-playing, etc. will take place in the course.
 
#CCLTC-I02: Long-term complete Chinese:  Intermediate ( Listening, Speaking, Reading, Writing )

This course continues where intermediate level left off.  It is designed for students who want to learn Chinese in more formal and systemic way in a semester/year period.  It includes dialogues, narratives, culture notes, grammar explanations, and exercises.  Students will learn Chinese characters in the course.  Students will have listening comprehension exercises, watching videos, filed trips and practicing speaking with the teacher during class.  Our teacher will use interactive multimedia teaching modules such as DVD/CD-ROM and/or a projector in the course.  Activities such as drama playing, role-playing, etc. will take place in the course.
 
#CTWILC-B01: Two Weeks Intensive Living Chinese: Basic
This intensive course is appropriate for people who are going to study or live in China very soon.  It is for people who want to learn some basic and useful Chinese daily expressions in two weeks.  It focuses on the different occasions of greetings, introductions, thanks, apology, praise, asking for directions, transportation, telephoning, at a hospital, making appointments, etc.  Students will be able to carry on basic communications after the course.
 
#CTWILC-I02: Two Weeks Intensive Living Chinese: Intermediate
This intensive course is appropriate for people who have previously learned some basic Chinese and will soon be going to study or live in China.  Students will learn common words and phrases, such as polite expressions, needs and basic questions, at the airport, at the hotel, at a restaurant, food vocabulary, shopping, numbers, time and date, days and months, telephone, and emergencies and safety.
 
#CTWILC-A03: Two Weeks Intensive Living Chinese: Advanced
This intensive course is appropriate for people who already have an intermediate level ability and are going to study or live in China.  Our teachers use interactive multimedia teaching modules such as DVD/CD-ROM and/or projector in the course.  Students will receive a list of topics in different situations from their teacher as home assignments for each class and practice speaking in the classroom.  Student will find a speaking partner during the course and practice speaking after class.  Activities such as drama playing, role-playing, and others will take place in the course.
 
#CWICC-B01: Weekend Intensive Chinese Class: Basic
This course is for those professionals who want to learn the Chinese language and culture over the weekends.  This short but intensive period of time focuses on using the weekends in the most efficient way possible in order to get the most out of it.  It’s a beginner Chinese course.  Students will learn basic and useful Chinese expressions used in daily life.  It focuses on different occasions of greeting, introduction, thanks, apology, praise, congratulations, shopping, telephoning, asking for directions, making an appointment, etc.
 
#CWICC-I02: Weekend Intensive Chinese Class: Intermediate
This course is for those who have completed the beginner course.  It will continue where the basic course left off, focusing on different occasions of at a party, at a restaurant, visiting a Chinese friend, at a Hospital, taking a taxi, etc.
 
#CWICC-A03: Weekend Intensive Chinese Class: Advanced
This course is for those who have completed the intermediate class.  Only Chinese will be spoken during the class.  Students will be handed out some reading materials covering different topics.  Then, students will communicate with their tutor directly with these topics.  Chinese movie scripts will be used as part of the teacher’s teaching materials.  Student will find a speaking partner during the course and practice speaking after class.  Activities such as drama playing, role-playing, etc. will take place during the course.

#CCG-B01: Chinese Grammar: Basic
This course includes numbers, nouns and noun phrases, verb and verb phrases, adverbs, prepositions, the Suffixes “le”, “zhe” and “guo”, questions and question words, the resultative structure, comparisons, etc.  Students also do a lot of exercises and practice during the course.
#CCG-I02: Chinese Grammar: Intermediate
Language points include the particle “guo”, The reduplication of disyllabic verbs, the “ba” sentences, the adverb “cai” and “jiu”, structure “ yi… jiu…”, yhe passive form with the preposition “bei”, “rang” or “jiao”, and the compound directional complement, “jiu” for emphasis.
#CTMCGM-201A: The Most Common Grammar Mistakes 201: Advanced
Most if not all communication will be spoken in Chinese in the course, as well as the use of Chinese characters.  This course is for students with an advanced proficiency level.  Its emphasis is on explaining the most common mistakes made by students.  It covers 201 language points.
 
#CCL-L01: Chinese Listening: Level 1 (350 words)
An introductory course designed to enhance student’s listening skills in Chinese.  Emphasis is on pronunciation, stress, rhythm, and intonation patterns of Chinese language.  Listening comprehension, and vocabulary development are stressed.  Students build their skills through instruction and intensive practice.  This course is for students who have learned around 350 Chinese characters.  CD or tape recordings of dialogue or paragraphs will be played during class. Movies will also be considered as teaching materials.
 
#CCL-L02: Chinese Listening: Level 2 (600 words)
This course is designed to enhance student’s listening skills in Chinese.  Emphasis is on pronunciation, stress, rhythm, and intonation patterns of Chinese language.  Listening comprehension, and vocabulary development are stressed. This course is designed to enhance student’s listening skills in Chinese.  Emphasis is to help students to refresh those Chinese characters they have learned by reading practice.  Listening comprehension, and vocabulary development are stressed.  Students build their skills through instruction and intensive practice.  Students will read paragraphs or newspapers and in a limited amount of time answer questions based on the text.  This course is for students who have learned around 2,000 Chinese characters.  CD or tape recordings of dialogue or paragraphs will be played during class.  Movies will also be considered as teaching materials.
 
#CCL-L06: Chinese Listening: Level6 (2,500 words)
This course is designed to enhance student’s listening skills in Chinese.  Emphasis is to help students to refresh those Chinese characters they have learned by reading practice.  Listening comprehension, and vocabulary development are stressed.  Students build their skills through instruction and intensive practice.  Students will read paragraphs or newspapers and in a limited amount of time answer questions based on the text.  This course is for students who have learned around 2,500 Chinese characters.  CD or tape recordings of dialogue or paragraphs will be played during class.  Movies will also be considered as teaching materials.
 
#CCSC-B01: Chinese Speaking Class: Beginner
#CCSC-I02: Chinese Speaking Class: intermediate
#CCSC-A03: Chinese Speaking Class: advanced
Students will be assigned to speak about different topics according to their level.  Then, they will practice speaking with classmates.  Finally, they repeat the topic with their teacher.  Teachers will correct their pronunciation, phrases usage and grammar mistakes.  Questions and answers will be practiced during conversations.  After this course, student’s speaking skills should be improved.  Students may be asked to make a speech in Chinese in front of their classmates.  A field trip to Chinatown will be arranged during the course.  Students will also have conversations with Chinese people to test their skill.
 
#2CP-08: Chinese Pronunciation
This course is for students who want to correct their Chinese pronunciation and speak Chinese like a native.  A lot of exercises will be done during the class.  CD and tape readings will be used during the class.
 
#3C-07: Chinese Characters
Students will learn in a systematic way about Chinese characters.  Illustrated with characters of particular structures, mostly of radicals and phonetic radicals, it will focus on helping students on how to memorize Chinese characters in the most effective way.
 
#CSI2C-B01: Summer Intensive Chinese Class - Beginner

#CBCC-B01: Business Chinese and Culture : Basic
The Business Chinese lesson for beginners is for people who would like to learn enough Chinese to get started.  Typical students will learn phrases and words to help them in such areas as business settings where basic Chinese language skills are required for those working with Chinese colleagues.  Students will learn common basic greetings and business etiquette.  This covers words and phrases for social occasions such as introductions, receptions, thanks, apologies, praises, and congratulations, as well as enough Chinese for short visits to China.
 
#CBCC-I02: Business Chinese and Culture : Intermediate
This course will focus on daily communications in the business field including taxi rides, telephone, E-mail, asking for directions, dates and times, bargaining, business dinners, at a bank(banking expressions), rent an apartment, at a barber’s shop, hospitals, visas, tracking a package, asking for a favor, making appointments, office supplies, booking air tickets and Sports and recreation.
 
#CBCC-A03: Business Chinese and Culture: Advanced
You will learn appropriate Chinese expressions for day-to-day commercial activities, social gatherings and office work,  such as invitations, exchange of gifts, banquets, daily office communications, meeting arrangements, giving a brief account of a company or product, getting or giving a quotation, comments or statements, consulting, negotiating, writing or revising a plan, discussing a way to cooperate, making a comment on a subject in addition to analyzing and sorting out problems.
 
#3C-B01: Chinese characters for Beginners Level
Do you feel it is difficult to read or memorize 1000 most useful Chinese characters? After this course, you will get the training needed to better understand how to make sense out of this writing system.

#2CR-I02: Chinese Reading: Intermediate
In this course, students will read passages and newspapers and then answer questions during the course.  It will help students to refresh and build up vocabulary, and to improve their reading and speaking ability.

#2CR-A03: Chinese Reading: Advanced
This course is designed for advanced level students only.  Students will do a lot of reading exercises in the course.  Chinese spoken only during the course.

#CACLS-08: Advanced Chinese Listening and Speaking
This course is to help advanced students to improve listening comprehension and speaking ability.
